As a certified running coach, licensed massage therapist and functional yoga instructor for athletes, I have developed a weekly program to help you train, recover, and perform your best- no matter what the distance.

Yoga-Based Run Coaching

$150 per month or $50 per week

 

Experience the benefits of incorporating a regular running program into your life while utilizing the philosophy of yoga to stay strong for the long-term. You will receive a customized training plan that fits your life and fitness level along with weekly yoga inspiration and unlimited access to Amanda for advice and encouragement.  Run your first 5K, 4-mile, 5-mile or even a 10K race feeling fresh and healthy. 

 

Are you an experienced runner looking to run a marathon or half-marathon or improve your race time?  Looking to PR or BQ?  Contact Amanda for her recommendations on running coaches in her network. 

 

Already working with a running coach?  Amanda will work with your coach to help you maintain strength and mobility so you can recover, train and race strong while minimizing injury.

 

Functional Performance Yoga for Runners

$185 per 60-minute at-home session

$125 per 60-minute session at Finish Line Physical Therapy

 

Utilizing principles of applied functional science, traditional yoga postures are sequenced and modified to enhance your biomechanics through strength, mobility and body-awareness. Sessions are 60 to 90 minutes and are customized to your injury profile, performance and fitness goals and recovery needs.

Functional Sports Massage Therapy

$225 per 60-minute at-home session

$125 per 60-minute session at Finish Line Physical Therapy

 

Recover from your workouts and reduce injury. Utilizing Functional Soft Tissue Transformation techniques, find deep relaxation and restore functional movement with strong, purposeful, deep tissue sports massage.  Sessions are 60 to 90 minutes in length and are designed to improve performance, aid in muscle recovery, decrease stress and enhance overall wellness.
